As adults we don't play quite enough to counterbalance all the stresses we face.  This weekly class, that changes monthly, will set you up for success whether you are trying to meet new people or just add some more joy to your life.

You are always young enough to PLAY!  Did you know that play enhances our lives in numerous ways?  It accesses our creativity, it connects us with others, and it enlivens our moods.  As a child, we play to explore and make meaning of our world.  The same is true at any age, we just need to be willing to reintroduce play into our lives.
